Is it harder than kitesurfing?
It's different. Wing handling is easier (no lines), but the balance on the foil takes a bit of practice. Most people find it safer to learn.

Do I need to know how to foil?
No. We teach you the foil basics behind a boat (optional) or directly on the wing board. We start with a stable board to build confidence.

How many lessons do I need?
Usually, 3 to 4 lessons are enough to understand the mechanics and start practicing safely on your own.
